  • It's simple! Choose whether you want to rent outfits for 5 or 10 days. You can pick multiple outfits for the same period or place separate orders for different times. Each outfit includes several items and has limited availability and sizing since we're in a trial phase. Once you've made your selection, we'll prep and deliver your order with a return label. Just use the label to send everything back at the end of your rental period. We'll take care of the cleaning and maintenance, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your stylish looks without any buying commitments.

  • No worries, accidents happen! Just let us know right away if you damage, stain, or lose something. We cover minor damages, but for more serious issues or lost items, there might be a charge, and we'll let you know the details. Check out our terms and conditions for more info.   • Being a trial service pilot means we're in the early stages of our journey, taking the time to carefully manage our inventory with a limited selection of stock and sizes to ensure quality. Our primary goal is to build a community of passionate fashion and sustainability enthusiasts. Your feedback and participation are essential to our growth, helping us shape Wearout based on your needs and preferences.

    This pilot phase will run for 6 months to a year, allowing us to understand and prove that our business model works. By gathering insights and perfecting our service, we aim to show the potential of Wearout and seek funding for expansion.

  • Our rental service is designed to extend the lifestyle of each garment while allowing our customers to stay trendy, save money, and do good for the environment. This means that the clothes you receive may vary in condition:

    • Brand New, Never Worn: Some items may be brand new and have never been worn. This typically happens when you rent an item at the beginning of its launch.
    • Gently Used: Other items may have been worn at least once. Rest assured, we carefully inspect and evaluate all garments before making them available for rent.

      We will never send you something we wouldn't wear ourselves.

  • To help us extend the life of each garment, we ask that you treat them with care. By doing so, you contribute to the sustainability of our service and ensure that other customers can enjoy these items too.

  • The time picker is a feature we currently cannot remove from our ordering process. However, it serves an important purpose by allowing you to indicate your preferred delivery time. While we strive to meet these preferences, please understand that we collaborate with third-party services and are in the early stages of our journey. As a result, we cannot always guarantee delivery at the exact time requested. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to improve our services.

  • We understand your concerns about hygiene, particularly for rental items like body suits with clips in private areas. Each item is subjected to a rigorous cleaning process after every rental. This includes the use of high-temperature washing and specialized detergents that effectively sanitize fabrics and eliminate bacteria. Your health and comfort are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing you with rental items that are clean, safe, and hygienic.

  • Returning your rental parcel is easy and helps us reduce costs and environmental impact.

    • Open Your Parcel Carefully: 
      When you receive your parcel, open it carefully. We aim to reuse and reduce, so keeping the original packaging intact helps us achieve this goal.
    • Keep the Packaging: Hold on to the packaging for the duration of your rental. You'll need it to wrap the items securely when returning them.
    • Prepare Your Items for Return: Once your rental period is over, place the items back in the original packaging. Ensure the items are wrapped securely to avoid damage during transit.
    • Attach the Return Label: Stick the provided return label on the top of the parcel. Make sure it covers any previous delivery labels to avoid confusion.
    • Check Return Instructions:Your return label will indicate whether your parcel will be picked up by a courier or if you need to drop it off at the nearest shop.

  • We understand that knowing the condition of the item you're renting is important. That's why we meticulously inspect each item before sending it to you. We also keep detailed records of each item's condition, including photos and notes, which are available upon request. Our storage process ensures that items are well-maintained and ready for use.
